We’re Hiring | Telecaller Team Leader

Company: New Swan Multitech Ltd.

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller Team Leader who can lead a team of telecallers, monitor performance, and drive sales through effective team management.

**Key Responsibilities:** Handle and manage a team of telecallers.

Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Train, guide, and motivate team members.

Ensure effective customer communication and follow-ups.

Prepare performance reports and maintain team productivity.

**Requirements:** Relevant experience in telecalling and team handling is mandatory.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage targets and improve team performance.

Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
