**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, database management, and cloud deployment. The candidate should have knowledge of Python, React.js, MongoDB, CSS, and AWS.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Frontend Development

* Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
* Build reusable React components and maintain clean, scalable frontend code.
* Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive layouts, and a consistent user experience.
* Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and handle data rendering and validation.

2. Backend Development

* Develop and maintain backend applications, business logic, and server-side functionality using Python.
* Build and integrate RESTful APIs to connect frontend interfaces with databases and external services.
* Implement appropriate input validation, error handling, authentication, and application security practices.
* Debug backend issues and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.

3. Database Management

* Work with MongoDB to design collections, manage documents, and perform CRUD operations.
* Develop efficient database queries and implement appropriate indexing for better performance.
* Maintain data integrity and support database integration with backend applications.
* Troubleshoot database-related issues and optimize data retrieval and storage.

4. Cloud Deployment & Application Maintenance

* Assist in deploying and maintaining web applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
* Work with cloud services, environment variables, application configurations, and deployment workflows.
* Monitor application performance and troubleshoot deployment or server-related issues.
* Support application updates, bug fixes, version management, and production maintenance.

5. API Integration & Testing

* Develop, test, and maintain REST APIs for frontend and backend communication.
* Integrate third-party APIs and external services as required by business needs.
* Perform functional testing, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure application reliability.
* Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify and fix software defects.

6. Development Tools & AI-Assisted Coding

* Use Git and GitHub for source code management, version control, branching, and collaboration.
* Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude to support coding, debugging, code reviews, and documentation.
* Review and validate AI-generated code before implementation to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.
* Follow coding standards, maintain technical documentation, and participate in code reviews.

7. Collaboration & Project Execution

* Work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand technical requirements.
* Convert functional requirements into practical development tasks and deliverables.
* Identify technical issues, suggest improvements, and contribute to application enhancements.
* Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines while maintaining code quality and performance.

* **Experience Requirements:** Minimum 1.5+ years of relevant full stack development experience.
* **Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
