We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented **Digital Marketing Team Lead** with strong project management skills, hands-on marketing experience, and excellent client communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, leading the team, handling client relationships, and ensuring timely project delivery with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and manage digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Handle SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, outreach, and lead generation.
* Manage multiple projects, deadlines, team tasks, and deliverables.
* Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and provide regular updates.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports.
* Coordinate with team members to ensure quality work and timely delivery.
* Optimize campaigns to improve traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.

Required Skills

* 4+ years of digital marketing experience.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid ads, email outreach, and digital marketing strategies.
* Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
* Outstanding client communication and relationship management abilities.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools.
* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
