Job Description

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Manage and motivate a team of 5 sales executives.
* Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
* Train team members to improve sales performance.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with management.
* Handle customer queries and convert leads into bookings.

**Candidate Requirements:**

* Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales, domestic holiday packages, or telesales.
* Team-handling experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Strong customer-handling and lead-conversion skills.
* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and good at team management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
