Job Title: TeleSales Team Leader

Job Description:

– Lead and supervise the team of telesales executives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

– Monitor daily calling activities, lead follow-ups, and individual sales performance.

– Coach and motivate team members to improve calling quality, customer handling, and conversion rates.

– Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers and effective lead management.

– Track team productivity and prepare regular sales performance reports.

– Maintain high standards of customer communication and ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
